For first time visitors to our properties, we know you’ll have lots of questions to ask and that’s ok! Below you’ll find a list of our most frequently asked questions and queries that we have answered to the best of our ability. You are always very welcome to contact us ahead of your stay should you have further queries.
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will require a minimum of 30 days notice.
Check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival and check out is 11am on the day you’re due to leave. Late check ins/check outs can be arranged subject to availability provided you have booked directly with us. Please return on keys to the lockbox on your departure.
For those traveling with children, we can provide a high chair and cot on request, email us to arrange this.
All guests are required to pay a security deposit of £100 prior to arrival, this is retained until the cleaning team have completed their check out report on the day you leave the property and refunded back to your card. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cash deposits.
All our properties are self-check in meaning you collect the keys at the property using a lock box code. This will be sent to your email address or by a text message prior to check in day.
The Views Group are not liable for the loss or damage of any guest property during their stay. The establishment is also not responsible for guest belongings or any damage to guest vehicles whilst staying with us.
There is public parking adjacent to all of our properties, however there is no dedicated parking at any of our accommodation with the exception of Brooklands Central Apartment, the Mountain View Lodge and Mountain View Bungalow. Parking at all properties is at the guests own risk.
While we’re not able to accommodate all types of pets, please email us for further enquiries.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties, those found to be smoking in the property will have their security deposit retained and subject to a further £150 fine.
